RENUU Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Policy Details:

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

  • Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment (no-show) will also result in a 100% charge of the service booked.

At RENUU Spa, we value your time and strive to provide an exceptional experience for every client. To secure your appointment, we kindly require a valid credit card at the time of booking.

 

This ensures your reservation is confirmed and allows us to provide seamless service to all our valued clients.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to your appointment to relax and prepare for your treatment. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible, as this may affect the duration of your service to accommodate the next scheduled client.
