Welcome to RENUU Spa. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments and Bookings
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service duration to accommodate other clients.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service amount.
3. Payment and Refunds
Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept [Insert Accepted Payment Methods].
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
4. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expired promotions or gift cards will not be honored.
5. Client Conduct
We strive to maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment. Rude or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
6. Liability
RENUU Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products or services if complete medical or allergy information is not disclosed at the time of booking.
Personal belongings brought to the spa are the responsibility of the client. RENUU Spa is not liable for lost or stolen items.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
